  Hi; I have been a customer of Bill Coats and State Farm for 42 years. I started with State Farm and I will stay State Farm. Bill's office has a GREAT STAFF-Trish Anderson is great at what she does because she knows the insurance business very well. Plus she gets to know each and every client that she takes care of. Well I could go on and on about how great they are-but I think that you get the idea. Tom Van Dorn

  Martha from the registration office is extremely unreliable and negligent. I had such a hard time trying to obtain my transcripts from her. The first time I called, I asked her if she could mail me my transcripts at my address because I, working a full-time 9-5 job, live over 40 miles away, and it’s not practical for me to take a day off and drive all those miles just to pick up a transcript. A month passed, and I didn’t receive my transcript. Then I took a day off to drive over 40 miles to pick up my transcript. Upon seeing her, she asked me to wait at the waiting room. I waited for 30 minutes because she forgot about me. Today, I called her and asked if she could email me my transcript. She said she’d do it within the hour. Three hours passed, and I haven’t received her email. I called her again, and told her all the times she’s failed to give me my transcript, and all she said was “I don’t recall.” I asked her to send the email again, and she said she’d do it within the hour. I just don’t understand how hard it was for her to send me a transcript, a task that takes two minutes. I was working on a tight deadline because I needed those documents to send as evidence to USCIS, and not meeting those deadlines could mean my citizenship would either be delayed again for a few months or rejected. Working with her was so frustrating. With all the schools I’ve worked with to get this done, she has been the most difficult.

  I am thoroughly impressed with their attention to placing price tags in the wrong locations. It must have taken an extreme amount of effort to ensure no tag is in the correct location. The cashier then acts like you are personally attack his very being by asking for the price of an item.

  My State Farm agent Bill M Coats, delivered fantastic customer service during a really complicated and stressful time. I was involved in an auto accident along with my father and sister, and Mackenzie M Tuttle assisted us in our case and with my claim. She always was quick to email me or call me back and remember my name and my case; this made me feel important and cared about as a customer. This type of customer service is often lost in a time of automated message systems, but it looks like excellent customer care like Mackenzie M Tuttle's is still central to the values of StateFarm insurance. I just wanted to write an email thanking and praising Mackenzie M Tuttle and StateFarm Insurance. Thank you for being there.
