  Martha from the registration office is extremely unreliable and negligent. I had such a hard time trying to obtain my transcripts from her. The first time I called, I asked her if she could mail me my transcripts at my address because I, working a full-time 9-5 job, live over 40 miles away, and it’s not practical for me to take a day off and drive all those miles just to pick up a transcript. A month passed, and I didn’t receive my transcript. Then I took a day off to drive over 40 miles to pick up my transcript. Upon seeing her, she asked me to wait at the waiting room. I waited for 30 minutes because she forgot about me. Today, I called her and asked if she could email me my transcript. She said she’d do it within the hour. Three hours passed, and I haven’t received her email. I called her again, and told her all the times she’s failed to give me my transcript, and all she said was “I don’t recall.” I asked her to send the email again, and she said she’d do it within the hour. I just don’t understand how hard it was for her to send me a transcript, a task that takes two minutes. I was working on a tight deadline because I needed those documents to send as evidence to USCIS, and not meeting those deadlines could mean my citizenship would either be delayed again for a few months or rejected. Working with her was so frustrating. With all the schools I’ve worked with to get this done, she has been the most difficult.
